My technician was a woman. She was excellent. She understood my problem and solved it. My dryer wasn’t heating and she opened the dryer and solved it. Very impressive and knowledgeable.

Philip was great! He knew exactly what he was doing. He was able to easily diagnose the problem and fix it once the issues arrived. Also was very mannerly and even asked for water from the two for the machine. He cleaned up and even out my items back in the refrigerator! Excellence all around! Thanks Phillip!
