Philip was great! He knew exactly what he was doing. He was able to easily diagnose the problem and fix it once the issues arrived. Also was very mannerly and even asked for water from the two for the machine. He cleaned up and even out my items back in the refrigerator! Excellence all around! Thanks Phillip!

Lu was very clear about what went wrong with my dishwasher. He also made sure he adjusted the water heater to higher degree I think that might be the reason for the dishwasher for not working. I will wash dishes again and see if all is clean. Thank you lu

The tech John was very good. I dislike the fact that there is human interaction. The system is difficult to schedule appointments. I will not use Sears services because of this reason. Stopping my warranty.
