The tech John was very good. I dislike the fact that there is human interaction. The system is difficult to schedule appointments. I will not use Sears services because of this reason. Stopping my warranty.

Serviceman Phillip came early in the morning which was very good for me. He was not very pleasant to interact with and he displayed poor tolerance and a bad temper. Very poor customer service!
