Brian is great but Sears Appliance Repair knew he wad put sick for ten days and never sent another repair person. Therefore, they canceled 1/3/24 and moved to 1/12/24. Then they moved out to 1/27/24. Thos refrigerator repair started 12/8/23. We had to go without refrigerator through Christmas and New year's eve. My husband I a diabetic and has to refrigerate his meds. This was an emergency situation and you CANNOT SPEAK to local dispatcher. You are connected with a answering service in another country. I was without refrigeration from 12/8/2023 to 1/17/2024. 37 days without refrigerator. ars

Technician, Bob, is awesome and really knows his stuff. My issue is with the parts warehouse. We have an all black microwave and even though Bob ordered the correct part number, they incorrectly shipped a black and stainless steel keypad.
