Brian is great but Sears Appliance Repair knew he wad put sick for ten days and never sent another repair person. Therefore, they canceled 1/3/24 and moved to 1/12/24. Then they moved out to 1/27/24. Thos refrigerator repair started 12/8/23. We had to go without refrigerator through Christmas and New year's eve. My husband I a diabetic and has to refrigerate his meds. This was an emergency situation and you CANNOT SPEAK to local dispatcher. You are connected with a answering service in another country. I was without refrigeration from 12/8/2023 to 1/17/2024. 37 days without refrigerator. ars

Technician, Bob, is awesome and really knows his stuff. My issue is with the parts warehouse. We have an all black microwave and even though Bob ordered the correct part number, they incorrectly shipped a black and stainless steel keypad.

We gave this 3 stars because of Sears, not the technician. We had no problem with the technician, Brian. He was professional, efficient and fixed part of the issues with our freezer. However, the scheduling and communication from Sears is dreadful. The phone listed for followup is disconnected, and when we got a call, it was immediately disconnected. When we called the number back, we get routed to a promo about winning a contest. When Brian came back to fix the other issue with our freezer, Sears claimed it was not from wear and tear, but from someone breaking the attachment. It is currently being appealed. Technician good, Sear service terrible.

Over two months waiting for parts. And when they finally arrived the color was wrong. Have a white freezer and they delivered a silver door. It's kept in the garage so I'm not to worried about that.. Now the service technician was A number 1 would recommend him to do all the work on my appliances.

The service center is terrible. Unable to speak to a live person ever is extremely frustrating. This may pusuade me to never use sears service again. The 8-5 window is beyond understanding. The night before, techs must know where they start their day...really?? Totally unreasonable and uncomprehendible in this day and age!! No updates provided ALL DAY! The worst service center ever! You're obviously busy. Hire people who can help the person at home waiting ALL DAY for the service to be performed. Tech was friendly and polite.
