We gave this 3 stars because of Sears, not the technician. We had no problem with the technician, Brian. He was professional, efficient and fixed part of the issues with our freezer. However, the scheduling and communication from Sears is dreadful. The phone listed for followup is disconnected, and when we got a call, it was immediately disconnected. When we called the number back, we get routed to a promo about winning a contest. When Brian came back to fix the other issue with our freezer, Sears claimed it was not from wear and tear, but from someone breaking the attachment. It is currently being appealed. Technician good, Sear service terrible.

The Sears serviceman, Brian, installed the parts but the refrigerator wasn’t cooling and hours later he was called and said he would come the following day to check on it, but didn’t. The refrigerator is still warm. I have called him numerous times and sent texts but Verizon states the phone is now unavailable. The first time I called without an answer I received a text, “send a text”. I have since sent 3 texts without any answers. This is a warranty issue. What will Sears do now? Fred Conroy

Waste of my time and forged signature on the invoice. The bake feature is not cooking through ie: cake is not baking at appropriate temperature and is undercooked, foods not heating through all the way ….the electric element is not working properly

I Woukd NOT even give a star! This man was absolutely obnoxious & extremely unprofessional! He was mad when I asked him to put booties on; he said I should have them for him if I wanted them on… Are you kidding me? Then he could NOT FIGURE OUT WHY THE MACHINE WAS BANGING AROUND & I stated water stays in on the bottom of machine & doesn’t rinse water out! HE TOLD ME YO PUT a few clothes in. That’s not what Alessandro did. He tried to order parts which are no longer available at all since 2/11/2024; He started to sing in Arabic or something & ignore me! He also knew I had an appointment w/aDoctor at 6:30pm.His name is AVERY! Took his time & was so nasty sarcastic & extremely obnoxious! Never ever again will this person step foot in my home! He also lied & said there was nothing wrong w/machine when my machine can’t even do a load for 365 days!
