However, Sears Home Services customer services and logistics sucks. Period. Your entire phone and chat logistics components make it virtually impossible to talk to a living person. When you finally get through to someone they're very sorry for your troubles but have practically no way to help you. In my case, the internal communication letting the technician know that my part arrived was late. This cause a second delay of another week before my repairs could be complete. Instead of being able to proactively reschedule the repair for one or two days later I was forced to wait a total of two weeks. Why don't you permit your customer service associates access to the internal online scheduling system? That's the only thing that could have possibly made this situation right and you FAILED MISERABLY. You need to fix this ASAP or you're going to lose a lot of customers. That's a promise.. Oh, and you also need to fix the call in process to make the very first option available to speak to a living MAN OR WOMAN. Your phone automation system really SUCKS.
