Matt was very good and knowledgeable but your service department is a joke your parts department is the same. Not please with sears at all. Parts did not show in timely manner and it took 3 months to fix my washer

The technician was excellent got the job done fast but as far as the sears warranty service is the worse i ever seen in order to get this fix they took to long almost two month whit out my dryer they keep postponing my appointment
