Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about services available from Sears. He gave easy to understand comments about his findings on our oven and his advices to us about warranty available on our appliances from Sears were quite valuable. We signed up for the warranty coverage.

He did an excellent job replacing the water tube and door seal on our dishwasher. He was extremely polite and careful to make the install carefully without damage to the floor and rug. Demonstrated his ability as an outstanding technician!!
