Your technician, Robert, was fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable and he fixed the problem in a short time. However, your AIBot system is a disaster. My previous 2 appointments were canceled and it's impossible to speak to an actual human. I ended up contacting Sears credit card and they intervened. Shameful!

Very friendly. Understanding and compassionate about my 90 year old Mom and Dad who have lived in the house for 65 years. My Dad is now on Hospice. He tried very hard to see if he could repair their 20 year old Kenmore dishwasher- which I really didn't expect he could but my Mom didn't want to buy a new one. Due to the part required to fix it is no longer available- not surprised- it's not repairable.. Since I live in Louisville KY and not too familiar with Poughkeepsie he actually gave me some suggestions for where for me to purchase a new one. Great experience- thank you🤗

Robert is polite and very competent. This is the second time I have had him work on my appliance and it has been a pleasure. He is organized and explains well. The work he is doing, friendly, and polite. My dishwasher is working like new thanks to Robert.
