Freezer repair
John came and replaced a part in my refrigerator freezer. He was not very engaging in conversation with regard to the freezer and what the problem had been. He seemed very disinterested when I offered what the problem had been with the freezer. When I did ask him initially if he knew what the problem was with the freezer, he said, and I paraphrase, "No, I don't, but I'm the guy that's got to fix it." He didn't offer any information or advice just in case we have another problem with the freezer. He couldn't get out of my house fast enough. All in all, not a very pleasant repair visit.

No work was done, Robert was very informative
Robert determined that our clothes washer could not be repaired (computer motherboard problem, company no longer makes the motherboard), and it has to be replaced. Robert was very nice and informative regarding this as well as helping me recommending what new clothes washer to purchase. Robert was very friendly and professional, and we were glad he was able to come the day after Xmas.

Sucks service I've been without a refrigerator for two month

Horrible
did not fix the fridge and refused to put in writing what he verbally indicated to me. This was his 2nd visit and sears 3rd visit for the same issue. I have lost complete faith and paid over $600 and I still do NOT have a working fridge.

Tech
He came into my home and told me my home smelled like dog feces and urine. I have NEVER been told this before. I called my neighbor and had her come over to ask if my home smelled. She said absolutely NO!! I love the comment that my home is a health hazard and this is corroborated by your other techs. Since there has only been one other sears tech I'm sure you have to document that to cover the fact that you have an unprofessional employee. I am a Registered Nurse. I keep my home meticulous. You should be more concerned about customer service or lack of. I would also request further documentation of other complaints because this issue is already in front of the Attorney General's Office. I also expect a call from the Service Manager for an apology. I would also like to send some pictures of my home.

Vincent was veryknow ledeable. But My refrigerator is still not work and I lost more food. Freezer works but not the refrigerator. After 3 months still no refrigerator.
