Would have given him 5 stars - but problem remains. Monte was very informative and professional, and described what most likely was the problem with the dryer. He was very forthcoming, however, without the ability to climb up the side of the house to check the dryer vent, he was, unfortunately, unable fix the problem.

Nice guy. He needs much more training. What should have taken 15 minutes took an hour and a half. He started and realized he had no idea how to do the repair. He went to his truck and got his phone. All he had to do was take off the bottom plate in the front and snap out the heating element. Instead he undid the top of the dryer disconnected the electronic part on the top left side (I think he thought that was the part).he had a tough time getting it out. Then he took off the front of the dryer off then he took off the bottom piece, then he took out the drum.next he cleaned out the lint from the bottom of the dryer. It would be nice if you gave him a small vacuum to clean out the bottom. Then he saw the heating element on the lower right side and he changed the heating thermostat.. then he put the dryer back together. Fortunately he didn't break anything when he took it apart. He was able to put it back together again. He tested it and it was off balance so he adjusted it when I commented. If he was trained correctly he would have been done much faster and he would be able to do more calls in a day.
