Your tech was honest & did a good job installing the part fast. But, very disappointed with sears parts that had sent a refurbished part for my washing machine. I paid for a brand new part to repair my washer. I didn't expect to be tricked from sears parts. I should have been told the truth. But, I spoke with your customer service will send my complaint to parts Superivor. But, my technician was great. Thank you.

Monty is very capable and did fix the machine - Sears home appliance are the worst for scheduling and trying to talk to someone - just really really bad - terrible scheduling - Sat at home for 3 days and 2 days I got cancelled on - atrocious- don't want to use again again Monty was great so do not want to reflect on his performance.
