The Tech where great. Informative, timely on communication, prompt etc.. where the issue is, is clearly ineffective management of resources, and time to go back to scheduling 101. The issue was reported a week + prior to Thanksgiving. The service tech came out (3) three times, ultimately the repair was completed the first week of February. Is it the end of the world that I could not microwave my popcorn, of course not, but nearly 3 months to fix a microwave? Time to not necessary hire more techs, but maybe there is too much brass which do not monitor workorders which could reallocated to actual boots on the ground, wires & plyers type of shift. If they don't know the work, why are they managing those which do? Typical cooperate structuring. The working fellas on the road daily, were great, the management absurd

So far I have gotten 20 texts from your chat bot. Please get rid of that. It was very annoying, two or three or four texts and emails every day for a week. It creates bad publicity for your company —I can remember when my appointment is with maybe one or two reminders. Please stop the chat or; that is my feedback.
