The technician was fairly goid but the booking system was terrible. Can never talk to a person/ all computer generated and messed up looping menu is circular as is online bot. Took numerous tries to get someone here. They were using a very old address despite my confirmation and instruction and having been here before, then said I wasn’t home. Supposed to be a bundle but booked all things separately. Then when tech finally came to right address days later they only had set for one appliance not the bundle. What a messed up system!!.my husband and I in awe of the failures. I feel bad for the tech too, jerked around and wasting their time! What an inefficient system. I’ve been a loyal customer for decades and have chosen Sears appliances (Kenmore Elite) repeatedly, but your new business model isn’t working. After this experience I’ll look elsewhere.

I wanted repair of my Thermador fridge. When ai told this to Tom as he entered our house, he told me Sears doesn’t service Thermadore kitchen appliances but I would have to pay the service charge of $169. The website had written Sears DOES service Thermador. I will be fighting this charge.

Our technician, Tom Charland, is a very belligerent and arrogant individual and should not be in a customer facing job. Besides telling us how foolish our GE purchase was, he also claimed we purposely lied about what was wrong with our range. Please do not send him again to our home or to anyone else’s home. Zero stars!!!

This is NOT an evaluation of Scott but of the result (device still does not work). Scott was great and a very competent appliance repair man. Unfortunately, my all-in-one device still does not dry my clothes. I'm returning this piece of crap.

Technician never showed up then Sears sent me an invoice for repair that never occurred. Sears further said I would have to pay for the service that never occurred in order to reschedule. Technician never showed up, I have been at the location waiting for three hours since I received a notification that they were on the way. The invoice also said I signed for the repair which is 100% untrue.

Technician was great, unfortunately after the service my dishwasher leaks. My problem is it is impossible to contact a live person, or a person in the United States for my service call. Now that someone in my family has taken another day off of work to be at this service call it was rescheduled, this is not acceptable!!!!! And how widespread and vague from 8-5 when someone will show up is not acceptable. Only good experience out of this is the technician was great, and now I’m having to edit this post because I found a contact number they gave and it’s out of order.

Constantly canceled numerous appointments without receiving a phone call. Both my fiancé and I work full time and have no way to be at the house for a ridiculous 8 hour service window.
