My technician called ahead to give me time to get home before he arrived - arrived on the time he said - addressed the dryer’s issue - reviewed parts that were delivered - repaired, tested and confirmed all was good before leaving….Tom was amazing - thank you for sending someone who knew what to do on their first trip this time!!
