I had a failing refrigerator with lack of freezing in the freezer and cooling in the main compartment. After checking it out Roger was frank about the cost of repair vs. replacement. Repair simply wasn't worth it. What did make sense was the Sears Home Warranty and we purchased that. Roger was great.

Called Sears for a 10 year old drier repair. The service technician was timely, efficient and friendly. He explained the ordering process and timeline for repair with a the resolve of a seasoned expert. I appreciate his sense of humor and his honest opinion on the condition on the equipment. This helped me to choose the repair over replacement. Highly recommend this service and technician.
