I rate it maybe a 1. I am grateful that I have a warranty to cover the parts that were needed. I am not happy that I informed the tech about the code that it was setting off and was told if it happened again, just make another appointment. This code came back on not even 20 minutes after the tech left. The code .20 doesn't happen in every cycle, but comes up out of the blue. Three months ago I had .40 and what a pain to figure out how to fix the issue. Thank you! Richard McGrath

The technician changed the part to our oven to fix the fan. After the part was removed, replaced, and the power applied the display didn’t show anything. There was no troubleshooting, just consulting on the phone and said we could schedule another appointment when some unspecified part comes in. He took a mostly functioning oven and broke it completely with little effort to make sure he didn’t make any mistakes. I guess we will go without an oven for an unknown amount of time. On top of this the technician was sick.
