Mr Monty did a thorough assessment, after listening to the problem. He did not wonder, he went straight to the problem. He had all tools needed and fixed the Samsung bottom washer. He explained the top washer problem would need a big part replaced, I understood cause this is the 2nd time the top lid lock brakes. Therefore, we chose to fix ONLY the bottom washer; I'll be replacing this washer machine in the future, with whirlpools machine. Back to the basics. He gets top score for arriving on time, for his diligence and having tools needed for the job. For knowing how to use his company's app and how to withdraw information about the parts, cost and labor. Excellent experience! Thank you Mr Monty for your good work ethic, and good people skills, both so needed in today's hectic world.

I had a horrible experience with sears on the phone and with several technicians. I was demanding a refund. Ismer came to my house for only a minute and was able to solve the problem and diffuse the situation I was seriously ready to bring serious to small claims court. I paid more money than I was told. They tried charging me two attempts to fix the problem. But Aimee saved the day. The only one who knows what they're doing. Give this man a raise
