Stephen realize that it was going to be hard to diagnose the refrigerator as it's working. But he showed me what could go wrong and why it might go wrong which was very helpful in that way. He gave me the education to know how to respond the next time it happens. Let's hope it doesn't but just in case it does I think him For the explanations. He's also very professional and expert at what he does.

He was here early and very professional and polite. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue immediately. The only reason I did not get the repairs done was the age of the tractor. It is already 20 years old. I was hoping it as something minor.
