Got Right to the Foot of the Problem
Bruce was fast, courteous, and got right to the root of the problem with my old Craftsman snow blower. He explained the issue and gave me advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. I highly recommend him.

My technician was a total professional. The only problems I had, was at first the wrong part was delivered so my second appointment could not get the problem completed. Worst of all, on my third appointment no would showed, called or texted and I spent the entire day home with no assistance from customer service. The fourth appointment got the repair done. Great company, but you have to fix customer service so a client can speak with someone who can provide correct information about about a scheduled appointment. Thank-you.
