Caring and knowledgeable
I really appreciated Juan's assistance. He was polite, called me to let me know he was on his way, and when about his business quietly and efficiently. He did not make me feel inferior or ridicule my concerns as other repairmen have in the past. I would welcome one to come back anytime I needed service.

Jose came, did what he came for, and left. Great service. Thank you for repairing my washer even though I waited 3 weeks for the appointment. If your service person is on vacation It would the proper thing to get a replacement for that time. 3 weeks without a washer and a full house with kids does not sit well with me.
