However, what truly impressed me was the technician's willingness to go above and beyond to address another problem that I had overlooked: a persistent leak. Despite my confusion about the source of the issue, he patiently investigated and identified that the leak was unrelated to the icemaker but rather stemmed from a drain problem. Not only did the technician promptly resolve the icemaker issue, but he also efficiently tackled the drain problem, all while maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanor. He truly exceeded my expectations.Overall, my experience with the Sears technician was nothing short of phenomenal. I highly recommend them, and specifically this technician, to anyone in need of reliable appliance repair services.
