Horrible service no one contacted me the night before or the morning of my service? I had a 1-5 appointment and when I checked online it kept saying I’m next? should have been 4pm. Technician did not show up until after 6 pm when I was preparing supper waited all day no communication very disappointed

The technician never showed up to do the repair, however he did manage to make time to file fraudulent service repair documents and email them. I cant add photos of repair that was never done.

Very poor technician, bad attitude. All he did was to take photos. After he le left I checked and found out that the gas was turned. While he was here I pulled the electric plug and re plugged in and the machine had power. He moved the machine and said it need it balancing but he he would not do it. He was on this call for 10 min and all he did was to complain. DON'T THIS TECHNICIAN IN MY HOUSE AGAIN TO SERVICE ANYTHING. MY $100.00 that I paid for this call should be return to my card. BAD EXPERIENCE

WAITING FOR THE PARTS WAS A NIGHTMARE! 2 WEEKS WITHOUT A FRIDGE WAS HORRIBLE!. ALL THE PARTS WERE NOT DELIVERED!. THE TECHNICIAN THE WORST PART WAS HE LEFT THE OLD COMPRESSOR IN MY HOME ! HE REFUSED TO TAKE IT WITH HIM, TELLING ME TO GET RID OF IT! . IT WEIGHS ABOUT 50LBS. AS SENIOR THIS WAS S CHALLENGING TASK! TO CARRY A HEAVY COMPRESSOR!!. SOOOOO VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SEARS TECH SERVICE!!. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR PRODUCTS OR FRIENDS TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU!!!
