Technician Justin I is kind, courteous and does his job in spite of Sears home services not sending all the parts he ordered all at one time. Today is November 12th 2025, and I scheduled an appointment October 17th. Sears, not the technician, is so irresponsible and inconsiderate to me and my family of 7 who need our appliance. I'm 85 years old!! This is so unacceptable. The technician is only doing his best with what is given to him to repair my appliance. My dryer still hasn't been repaired, not because of the technician, but Sears home services. I can't even get a human being to call me. The AI'S keep advising me to go to the website and every phone number is automated. There is no one to speak with. Like I said, the technician is great, but whoever is running this company... I am LIVID!!
