It took7 months to fix one problem with the washing machine. Your customer service gave me the run around for months. The repair guy came 4 times to order parts that never came.. Finally 7 months later repair guy came with parts and fix the machine. It cost hundreds of dollers at the Laundry mat for 7 months.. so disappointed. Thanks to the repair guy problem was finally fixed today… It’s a dam shame and disgrace how you treat the elders….Dimitri was very patient and job well done..

The service lately has been very poor. The last appointment for the refrigerator repair was canceled mid day and rescheduled for today. The repair came today and discovered that the wrong parts were sent. How is the customer to know what the correct parts are?!? Now we are again waiting for another appointment. This is very frustrating. Customers have jobs and other responsibilities and cannot be expected to take three days off to have an appliance repaired. How are we to know that the right parts will be sent this time? And are we expected to wait the entire day for a repairman? I recently waited all day for service on my dryer. The repairman didn’t come until almost six o’clock in the evening. I’ve had a service agreement for years and was until now satisfied. This is no longer the case. It is also next to impossible to actually speak to a human being on the phone. If I get another message from your virtual technician, Richard, I think that I am going to scream. You have to do better if you want to keep long standing customers. How can you make this right? Please respond. I really would like to hear from someone who is not AI generated.
