The tech was outstanding and informative. However after 3 prior appointments in which we were given a window of arrival and hours later told we had to wait. No follow up by Sears to reappoint. We had to call you to reappoint. In addition the washing machine is still making loud noises. We are waiting as instructed bt the tech to see if lubricant works. We will wait and call you in a 2 weeks. We are putting you on notice that if this issue is not resolved we will require Sears to replace the washing machine! Larry Popolizio

The technician was on time and very courteous. He explained the necessary repair for my washer in detail and he was patient regarding responses to my questions. I had a very poor experience with Sears years ago for a plasma TV repair and swore I would never use their service again. Well things changed regarding Sears appliance repairs for the better.

The technician that finally came was good. My original appt. Was for 2 days earlier and no one showed, called or texted to say they were not coming. I just received 3 texts confirming that they would be there. I couldn't get in touch with anyone on the phone. The next appt. Was made without consulting with me about the day and time.

Stop canceling appointments and compensate when you do show up...also make sure all parts were delivered before coming instead of asking when you get there...I also filed 3 complaints and only was emailed about 1 It toolk almost 2 months for my machine to be fixed...that I could not use...so we lose money on that as well...hopefully everything was done correctly yesterday...but horribleeeeeeee experience Sears...never experienced anything like this but I can say all technicians that came to my home were nice

I just had the same repair done by the same technician in March 2026 that was done in October 2025. Each repair was approximately $600. The technician could offer no guidance on what is causing the piece to break other than,“companies not making parts as good as they used to”. If guidance cannot be provided based on the technician’s experience on how the issue was created, then at the very least acknowledging a new installation of the piece should last longer than 5 months and who best to connect with would be my expectation. This was poor service and I cannot rule out that it may have been improperly installed based on the lack of insight as to what happened.

It wasn't worth the call when the issue continues for a 3 year old refrigerator. The tech charges for a visit when nothing was resolved and it needs another visit after parts are to be ordered. Sears is nothing like the way they used to be when the issue stems from when it was first bought and installed. The door was ordered to open from the left side and what I received opened from the right side. I reported it to Sears and they informed me that my fridge opened both ways. They asked the Tech to switch it to open they way I wanted but that was a lie. Later to find out the it was a lie because the service guy the 2nd time he came informed me that the switched piece was the underlying problem from the beginning. He tried to get my service bill waved but Sears still came for me for the bill after. Dont purchase any appliances from SEARS. ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.
