The Service itself is way to slow had to wait 2 weeks for a appointment, so had no clothes dryer for 2 weeks and when you are paying for insurance that's to long to wait, you should fix this. The Service Tech was amazing went above and beyond what needed to be repaired and serviced our washer while he was there just simply over delivered, outstanding, So the Service itself 1 star it needs fixing 2-weeks is to long, The Tech gets 5 Stars perfect job.
