The tech could not find a model number for my cooktop therefore couldn’t get the part for it and still charged me $140 for his visit. So not great.

Repair technician arrived with no tools or parts to repair the refrigerator, this is (12) days after the first diagnosis visit. During the diagnosis the 1st Technician stated he could repair the refrigerator and he had the parts in the truck, but because it was a Saturday, he could not get authorization to proceed. This 2nd Technician stated the appointment would be rescheduled for (3) weeks later because he did not have the tools or the parts. It was the next available appointment. He then said I threatened him when I asked him to leave.

Missed first day appointment so I rescheduled. Then after 2 confirmed texts and emails no show for second appointment. When I contacted sears they said no technician was assigned. Finally got here at 6:30 was supposed to be here between 8 and 12 . Very frustrating. Technician was not the problem he diagnosed and fixes stove in timely fashion. Total lack of communication with schedule people. Wish I never took out extended warranty

The technicians were EXCELLENT!!!!; no problem with them whatsoever !! The problem was in making the appointment. I’m not sure what company was handling it . There was definitely a Communication problem!! They gave me an appointment for 7/6/24 ; no show no call. Then they gave me another appointment for 7/22/24 ;again, no show no call. They gave me a third appointment for 8/9/24. Out of the blue, I get a call on 7/25/24 saying they are on the way.They will arrive in 15 minutes. Fortunately, I happened to be home or that would have been a wasted trip. I know customer service is very busy; but it’s very hard for the customer to take time off from work to accommodate appointments given by them. Therefore it’s very frustrating, bad policy and not to mention bad customer relations when they don’t call nor show up on their given day.I hope in the future your customer service handles service appointments better.

Not at all happy. My confirmed appt was between 8 and 12. Never came until 430. I made numerous calls to Sears they kept changing the time. I took time off from work to be there between 8 and 12 which was confirmed twice. I could have worked or at least ran my errands. Sears gets a zero no stars at all

Mr. Collins has no clue how to fix stove. He was watching youtube video before touch the stove. He was unable to diagnose the problem. Never recommed this service. He charged service fee just visit. Horrible experience.

Negotiating the sort of feedback I would be compelled to leave here reminds me of the old adage, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it. The only reason why life chosen one star is because it wouldn't let me submit the feedback had I left even one star blank

Terrible technicians. They do not know what they are doing. My refrigerator was not making ice. They came on 12/3/24 and now it doesn't even work. They have changed every part since. As of today, 3/25/25, I do not have a working refrigerator and they are refusing to stand by their warranty to replace it. It is their technician's that broke my refrigerator!!!!!!!!!
