Sears sent technician Johnny Lopez to fix my washing machine. He was wonderful. Spent about an hour installing a new part and it works perfectly. He was friendly, knowledgeable and polite, and showed up on time. I will ask for him should I have any other need for service. He's a gem!

I have finally encountered a service tech that was knowledgeable and had a full understanding of my washer he was repairing. This problem I had has been occurring for almost a year now and I am hoping that this repair lasts and solves the problem permanently.
