Alexander did a great and thorough job checking for a lead in my washing machine. Texted me when he was on his way. Showed up on time. Was friendly and professional. He explained everything to me clearly and moved everything back into place where it was how he found it. Turned out the leak wasn't in the washer but where the hose connects to the house drain/plumbing. But he talked me through the condition of the washer which left me with peace of mind. Great job.
