There are too many details, but the technicians are NOT the problem with this company. Joseph handled our Kenmore Central Air system perfectly! But customer service is beyond awful! Can't understand the phone operators, they are ROBOTS, they cannot read anything that is not on the screen in front of them. YOU CANNOT GET TO A SUPERVISOR! They seriously do not allow the phone people to escalate a problem. BEYOND FRUSTRATING! I would like to find Sears technicians at another warranty company!

The first appt and technician were fine. then we scheduled a repair date. Alternative dates were then offered and I chose a day earlier because needed the repair. I took the day off and later received a notification that my appt had to be rescheduled due to staffing. thats great but what about the day off I took for nothing. cannot call these people because the AI does not let you speak to a human and has no choice for complaints. What a miserable experience. Technician showed for next appt. repair seems ok. Have never found a company with worse service and less regard for the customer than this place. Have no idea how the stay in business. Checked other reviews and a number posted to call about a previous complaint goes to the same non responsive AI. This is disgusting

Dishwasher was leaking called Sears on March 3, 2026 repair technician came looked at dishwasher ordered part after a month waiting for them to call they never came back couldn’t get in contact with the technician never returned calls trying to get in touch with Sears it’s almost impossible because AI answers the phone not a human being it took 45 minutes finally got a person told him what happened he set up an appointment and the technician never came or called now this is June still trying to get in touch with Sears I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Update it’s June 30 and still no word from SEARS and now you can’t get in touch with a HUMAN PERSON you only get AI and it doesn’t help I wish I never paid for this protection

The second technical did a wonderful job! He was thorough, neat and worked in a timely manner. I'm returning to update my review because my freezer is not getting cold. Need the technician to return to fix that issue.

Extremely rude and left cardboard under the refrigerator was not careful and almost twisted the copper hose behind refrigerator when pushing back in place. Stated it might not work put ice in a bowl and in the freezer....and wait to put food in refrigerator in case it does not get cold. Very disappointed. 7months without a refrigerator. The refrigerator is still not working...the freezer is at 65 degrees and the refrigerator say 37 degrees but is freezing the food. Now the water dispenser is not working nor os the ice maker...

Tech was ok although I thought the filters were ordered as well.. especially because LG is a never purchase again appliance. Their customer service AI Samantha is terrible.. appointments canceled or changed with out any notification. Chat option is a waste.. my tech 1st came Aug 19th he finally came Oct 3 .. I will never use Sears again!

Do not use this service. Terrible communication, lengthy repairs times, they will cancel on you the day of multiple times… absolutely not worth it
