Not very happy, almost a month & my range , it not been fixed. Every time is something different, this time Sears have disappointed me. Every time I call lately, can’t resolve nothing. Last time the technician came, I can’t use the burners at all because another problem came up. Almost a week, I can’t cook. & it may be a couple of more days. Where did that leave me And I should not be upset. Really!!!!

The dishwasher experience was absolutely awful. First the part was backordered for two weeks,then Sears sent the wrong part and then they finally got it right. All together we were without a dishwasher for an entire month. Frustrating experience and not what I would wish in anyone.

This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. They are unprofessional, irresponsible and they are way overpriced. Do yourself a favor and call someone else. I threw the repair person out. I am sorry I had to give them a 1.

I moved into a home with a Kenmore refrigerator that had a bad odor. I called Sears and they told me they'd send someone out who would clean the refrigerator. I confirmed explicitly with them that they would clean the refrigerator. When the technician came, while he was very nice, he did not clean the refrigerator. He took a brief look at it. He didn't even want to pull it out to check behind it until I insisted. Disappointing that the service I was specifically promised was not performed.

The compressor on my refrigerator stopped working. There was a10 year warranty so there was no charge for the new compressor. However, repairman was in my home for less than 2 years and the labor charge was $584. I feel this is excessive. In addition, trying to get someone on the phone at the call center was a nightmare. Long wait and hard to even get someone as they want you to do everything on line or on their automated system.

Not the repairman’s fault but after paying over $800 my refrigerator was not repairable. What pissed me off was that it took three weeks and no time could I speak to a live person. Your customer service is nonexistent! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

SEARS SERVICE IS THE WORST!!! FORCED TO BE HOME THE WHOLE DAY, A FULL 8 HOURS TO WAIT FOR REPAIRMAN! I HAVE A JOB JUST LIKE YOU AND REQUESTED AFTERNOON, AFTER 2, AND AFTER SPEAKING WITH SEVERAL REPS WAS TOLD IT SHOULD BE FINE TO BE AFTER 2PM. THEN TODAY I GET THE EMAIL THAT HE'LL ARRIVE AT 8:01! RIDICULOUS! AND THATS NOT BAD ENOUGH, HE THEN SHOWS UP AT 8:15! I HAVE WORK JUST LIKE HIM AND EVERYONE ELSE! AND NOW FOR 140$ IT CANT BE REPAIRED! THE WORST EVER!
