Excellent!
Roger was great. He was here bright and early a definite plus in my book. He clearly explained the issues with my washing machine and how to remedy them, as well as how to prevent future issues. Very grateful for service. I highly recommend.

He was the one that got my problem solved, Sears did nothing to help with the incompetent Assurant warranty company. Assurant is a scam and ripoff. If we're not for Rogers expertise I would be without my appliance.

tech did everything he could to fix my washer but couldn't get Assurion to help with getting parts. Never again. Niw I havs a 2 year old washer thar Roger couldn't fix. Shame on Assurion.
