The Problem is not Technician
Brian was good. He was friendly and efficient. The company for whom he works is another story. I was supposed to have this repair done a week ago. The appointment was all set up. The technician ran into medical issues and had to attend to them. The company never bothered to inform me of the cancellation. I spent the entire day at home losing the time to run errands at stores that are not open until Thursday. Brian can come back any time for any repair for which he is qualified. I would appreciate notification if any appointment made in the future is not going to happen.

An Awesome Technician
Donovan is a talented and skilled profesional. He came to repair my Maytag Dishwasher and Frigidaire Dryer. He was courteous, friendly and his diagnostic skills second to none. Following his assessment of the equipment he counseled me on the avenues I could take for repair and specifically showed me the problems and nature of the appliance breakdown. All service technicians should be this good. If you get Donovan as a Sears Home Services repair person you won the lottery.

Professional experience
Ryan, called arrived on time and performed diagnostics on the range. As when you go to the Doctor, the range worked in a timely manner. It took us almost an hour this past month to reach 400 degrees. He was able to do it in 15 minutes. We will continue to monitor it, hopefully it works well.
