Really Fantastic Service
Sears has been servicing my appliances since 2004, and in all that time, I think that Ron is probably the best service technician I've ever met. He does a great job of staying in touch, diagnosing and ordering parts, and fixing what needs fixing. He's a pleasure to deal with and super-competent in every way. He's really the service guy you're always hoping will arrive. Thank you for sending him.

Donovan replaced the electrical component. The dishwasher still did not start, which probably means an electrician is needed to check the breaker. Donovan is super -- skilled, articulate, prompt, friendly and polite.
