pretty awful- he took one of the two back tin panels off-saw a mouse dropping- i said yes,i had seen a mouse in the kitchen- he said that was the problem and he couldn't do anything- he said i need to buy a new stove( I purchased this one in december 2021). He left. I took off the second panel. There was one disconnected wire- I reconnected it and now the stove works perfectly. What a lame service call. Shame on you. You run a bad service!

Donovan broke a water line and then lied about it. I now have to buy a new machine.

Quoted me $125 for a $20 igniter. No thanks
