The man was Stuck in the middle. The real problem is the protection department, not being totally clear on loopholes made no sense to fix some thing constantly(constantly leaks water inside and freezes underneath the pull out drawer) parts have been updated and the back has been replaced inside, but they say it works, just gonna throw it in the garbage and buy a new one from a different company will not be renewing the contract

STILLin the dark-- no decision on replacement or reimbursement of damaged oven that needs replacement. He should have determined what the outcome will be. He was very polite. I never signed anything you claim I did do. For 6 months they have refused to give me a replacement or coupon to replace item on the 4 year protection plan I paid for. Instead it has been 6 months of avoiding to assist the customer and making sure no payment is being done.

The technician matt was very nice and knowledgeable but the company charging $549 to replace the pulley and rollers is CRIMINAL. Sears was my go to for appliance repair but not anymore

Very disappointed ☹️

Technician did not have mat to protect wood floor when moving refrigerator. Had no vacuum to clean back of refrigerator. No proper size wrench to raise legs to put cardboard under legs to move refrigerator. Flashlight weak. Kept putting wrench on wood floor, scratched floor. Did not bring in his level. We provided floor protection cardboard, wrenches, flashlight, level, vacuum. Our cardboard did not provide sufficient protection of floor. Floor scratched & indented. Perhaps his mat would have prevented that.

Extended warranty not worth it!

Gave me a nine hour window. Never showed up. Customer service is all AI and you will never speak to a real person. They replied to this review and gave me an 800 number to call, but it's also AI and I never spoke to a real person. When you call they say every call can be scheduled today, and then they cancel. It's a scam to keep you from calling a legit company.

Dishwasher broke again after the first use after repair. Pump replaced but this repair didn't work. How many weeks will have to wait this time before we can get it fixed. By the way, our repair person, Matthew was terrific and did everything he could to effect the repair
