Recommended! Matt was prompt, time efficient, and very helpful. Aside from the mechanical attention to the washer/dryer, Matt gave me tips on keeping it clean and the proper amount of detergent to use.

Very nice repair worker. Discussed how it’s more cost effective to just buy a new unit rather than spend thousands repairing. I also must defrost it. Don’t buy Samsung!
