The service men were very nice. Came in and checked my refridgerator and found the problems and explained that I needed a new one. fixing was going to be more than it was worth as it is 12 years old. I would call them again if I have future problems with my appliances.

Did a good job once they arrived (tech plus trainee). The appt. making situation w Sears needs improvement. Nothing to do w technicians. Should be able to get ball park time of arrival, too. The tech did call on his way over but Sears messaging said they would arrive 3 hours earlier and wd get in touch if they were going to be late. Just relieved they arrived at all!

John was great -your technicians are good. Believe in them. it’s your bureaucracy and insurance plans that is where sears fails . If you sell a plan you should abide by the terms and not make the customer fight for what you claim is covered - when 3 different technicians say it’s unfixable, trust your employees they are in the field they know what they are doing, you undermined them and your customers with such behavior and that is not a way to build trust with your customer base
