Great communication so I knew exactly when he was coming. Several other repair shops don't work on my model or couldn't diagnose it properly, weeks of dead ends. Finally, Sears to the rescue! The fixed my dryer in one afternoon.

nOthing much to say except he came early which was great and explained my contract is only good for parts replacement. I can't afford to buy more services at this time. He was not allowed to vacuum out the dust behind the refrigerator so I did that myself and there was a lot of it.
