The man was Stuck in the middle. The real problem is the protection department, not being totally clear on loopholes made no sense to fix some thing constantly(constantly leaks water inside and freezes underneath the pull out drawer) parts have been updated and the back has been replaced inside, but they say it works, just gonna throw it in the garbage and buy a new one from a different company will not be renewing the contract

STILLin the dark-- no decision on replacement or reimbursement of damaged oven that needs replacement. He should have determined what the outcome will be. He was very polite. I never signed anything you claim I did do. For 6 months they have refused to give me a replacement or coupon to replace item on the 4 year protection plan I paid for. Instead it has been 6 months of avoiding to assist the customer and making sure no payment is being done.

The technician matt was very nice and knowledgeable but the company charging $549 to replace the pulley and rollers is CRIMINAL. Sears was my go to for appliance repair but not anymore

Canceled my scheduled session without warning, and then booked me for a later date also without warning. Phone appointments all made by AI bots. When I finally spoke to a human, they told me there had been a "booking error."

the arrival time kept changing every couple of hours back and forth and there was no phone call that he was on his way he just showed up a hour late with no reason for the change of the arrival times I did not sign anything when he was done as your report says I did and the refrigerator is not running correctly right now so I will have to have sears send someone out to see what is wrong again
