the arrival time kept changing every couple of hours back and forth and there was no phone call that he was on his way he just showed up a hour late with no reason for the change of the arrival times I did not sign anything when he was done as your report says I did and the refrigerator is not running correctly right now so I will have to have sears send someone out to see what is wrong again

I had Sears Appliance Repair come out to fix our washing machine. The technician misdiagnosed the problem and clearly was not really sure what the problem was. He decided it was a motherboard issue and provided me with an estimate of $600 and 3 weeks to repair it. I declined, got a second opinion, finding it was a completely unrelated issue and was fixed in 15 minutes for $200. Not only was the repairman wrong, Sears refuses to rectify the situation after charging me for the diagnostic visit, though they got the diagnosis wrong. Terrible customer service via email, and impossible to speak with anyone at the company. Will never use them again, nor should you.

The fridge is still not working. The technician just put in the part and said that he can't wait around to see if it work and that it will take 24 hours. It is now more than 48 hors and it is still not working. I need a different technician this one that came was too abrupt. He brorke up the parts and had to reordered and it came and he still broke one. it was a good thing that 2 came in the package.

I asked for a whirlpool dishwasher service tech because i didn’t have a manual and the wash arm would not turn when standard plates were in the lower rack. The tech tried to tell me the 10inch plates needed to go in the top rack because thats the way this machine was. After he left i located the model and serial number and did an internet search for a manual for this machine. I downloaded the manual and the upper tray has an adjustable button to raise or lower the tray. I pushed the button and raised the tray back to where it was supposed to be. Problem solved. I was very dissappointed in the service call and out $150 bucks.

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever dealt with. Do not recommend this service at all. They have outsourced all their customer service and no one is able to get you in contact with the technician. It got rescheduled five times through an automated system. Unless you are retired or work from home with unlimited time to spare don't waste any time with these clowns.

Unfortunately, our experience was terrible. Our refrigerator appointment was rescheduled numerous times without us even getting a call to let us know why. When the technician finally showed up, he left my kitchen a mess. Not only did he leave metal wires and screws on my floor, he also burned my flooring with his tool and also dug up my flooring when moving my refrigerator. I'm still finding tiny metal balls stuck in my kitchen floor. I have four kids, my youngest being 18 months old and it could have been bad if he had gotten ahold of any of these pieces. I'm awaiting a call back from Sears regarding this issue and I'm sorry to say that I will be contacting a lawyer if Sears does not fix this. We have also been waiting since November 11th for our oven to be repaired. We have had 7 appointments scheduled and the technician or company doesn't bother to call or show up. But the warranty department definitely makes sure my payment comes out of my account every month. Very disappointed.

pretty awful- he took one of the two back tin panels off-saw a mouse dropping- i said yes,i had seen a mouse in the kitchen- he said that was the problem and he couldn't do anything- he said i need to buy a new stove( I purchased this one in december 2021). He left. I took off the second panel. There was one disconnected wire- I reconnected it and now the stove works perfectly. What a lame service call. Shame on you. You run a bad service!
