The technicians arrived and then promptly told me they don’t service this brand. The brand was given when the service call was requested. I am not paying the diagnostic fee as they only determined that they could do nothing, which could have been communicated without the service call.

Tried to get service for dishwasher. There is no possible way to speak with an agent/real person. They scheduled a time window of 8am-5pm... no call day before. No call day of. Canceled around noon-1 on day of service because of absolutely zero contact.
