Shane is a valuable asset to SEARS Protect. I appreciated his prompt, professional manner - and explaining that a part would need to be ordered and when to expect that the completion of the job. He also explained the texts I would receive detailing and reminding of when the service rep is scheduled to return. All happened in a timely manner and Shane cleaned up when job was completed!! Thank you for restoring lost faith in companies and their sometimes incompetent workers!!!!! And the length of time it will inevitably take! Greatly appreciated!!
