The problem was quickly diagnosed and after I approved the repair I was able to get a follow up appointment that worked for my schedule. The repair was quick and the techs were very professional and personable. I would highly recommend this service to others.

If I could give a 10 I would! Mike and Shane were great! They contacted me ahead of time, they brought the right replacement part on speculation, cleaned up and were done in an hour!! I can trust Sears for my appliance repairs!!

Shane and Mike were great! They came diagnosed and even had the part needed to repair the stove! Very friendly and talked me through everything they were doing. I trust Sears for appliance repair they are on time and do great work, Shane had been here before so I was happy to see him!

Amazing turnaround for quality diagnosis and repair. Both Shane (initial tech for diagnosis) and Tadd (follow-up repair service) were good guys and very professional. I scheduled same day service on a Saturday; Shane ordered part. Delivered Monday. So initial Thursday repair rescheduled for Tuesday and we were back up and running. Amazing!

Shane Williams arrived at my home to service our Samsung gas range. Shane was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained what was going on with our range in a way that was easily understood, logical and reasonable. It is clear that Shane very knowledgeable and quite the technician.
