Shane was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He explained what he was doing and why and he also recommended amounts of soap and tub cleaners for our washing machine, One improvement I would like to see which has nothing to do with the repair man. I was told I would get a call between 8:00 and 5:00 and if it had been a 4 hour window, I could have also planned something else in the same day. Overall experience was great!

Shane is great and knowledgeable. Unfortunately he was sent to install a part that was the result of another techs diagnosis. Shane’s examination and diagnosis was much better and I wish I had him for initial visit. The part I received is not likely to fix the issue I had.

Tadd came through and showed me exactly what was wrong. Before arriving he gave me a 1 hour time frame and then an automated text gave me an alert when he I was his next stop. He was kind and went through cycles to diagnose the issue. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend. Update: the parts were exactly what I needed and it only took 45 minutes for me to change it out like he said! No leaks and now all there is left to do is clean up! Thanks again, Tadd!
