Shane went above and beyond what a tech normally does. He really looks out for the customer! Very educational as well. He walks you through step by step what he’s doing and why.

Shane was absolutely great! He addressed the problem with my fridge, got the parts ordered, and promptly came to fix it. When he came back with the parts to fix it, he actually showed me where the issue was and how it can be fixed. Absolutely great service!
