Shane was great: he and the other technicians really know what they’re doing. On the other side, Sears and its automated appointment confirmation bot were annoying and kept rescheduling my appointment.

Todd was great. Arrived in time window. Thorough and instructive. Only suggestion is to have him say and listen to machine after repair. Highly recommend.

Very good and prompt,I would want Shane to come anytime to fix my appliances. He has tried to fix it twice for me. I will have him back I just called it still isn't fixed and Shane has tried everything. But I'm sure he will figure it out when he return for a recall.
