Shane was great! There were aspects we weren't made aware of, but Shane was able to work through that and get everything done. He was knowledge and friendly, and my dog fell for him instantly!

Shane has been to my home twice. First to find the problem with my washer and second to fix the problem. Both times he called ahead and arrived at the time he said. Both times he was very pleasant, got to work in a timely manner. He explained what he found and what part was needed. The second visit he put the new part in and showed me the old part. He is a great representative for Sears Appliance Repair.
